Information We Collect

• Account information, such as your name, email address, and authentication data.
• Scheduling data, such as calendars, availability rules, services, and bookings.
• Technical and usage data, such as logs needed to secure and operate the service.

Google Calendar Data

If you connect Google Calendar, ZenSchedule requests access to Google Calendar scopes to provide calendar sync features.

• Read calendar lists and event availability to prevent booking conflicts.
• Import calendar busy times into ZenSchedule so scheduling availability stays accurate.

We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising and we do not sell Google user data.

Google Meet Data

If a business owner connects Google Meet, ZenSchedule requests permission to create meeting spaces under that owner's Google account for bookings. We store the connected Google account ID and email, encrypted authorization tokens, granted permissions, and the meeting space IDs and join links needed to provide this feature.

Meeting links are included in booking confirmations and calendar invitations (.ics) shared with hosts and booking participants, including through our email provider. Rescheduling retains the link. This integration does not read Google Calendar events, recordings, or transcripts. We do not use Google Meet data for advertising and we do not sell Google user data.

Disconnecting Google Meet removes its stored authorization tokens and local meeting integration records. Booking records and previously sent invitations may retain links. Cancelling a booking or disconnecting does not revoke previously shared Meet links; access remains subject to Google's meeting settings and expiry rules. You can revoke the app's Google authorization in your Google Account settings.

How We Use Data

• Provide and maintain scheduling, booking, and calendar sync features.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Respond to support requests and fix service issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate ZenSchedule (for example hosting, database, and email providers), with hosts and booking participants to provide booking confirmations and invitations, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and Deletion

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can disconnect Google Calendar from your ZenSchedule settings at any time. You may request account or data deletion by contacting us at [email protected].

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal data.

Google API Services User Data Policy

ZenSchedule's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date.
