Eligibility

ZenSchedule is available to businesses and private individuals. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Accounts and Responsibility

You are responsible for account credentials, the accuracy of your account information, and activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use ZenSchedule only in compliance with applicable laws.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal

Paid plans may be offered on monthly or yearly billing cycles. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.

Payments and Taxes

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Paddle. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees, applicable taxes, and other amounts due for your plan.

Refund Policy (14 Days)

We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 14 calendar days of your first paid subscription purchase. This refund policy applies to the initial paid purchase only and does not apply to renewal charges.

To request a refund, email [email protected]. If your request is eligible, we will process it promptly. Final settlement timing depends on the payment processor and your financial institution.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your access to paid features continues through the end of your current paid billing period, then does not renew.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to ZenSchedule if you materially violate these Terms, use the service in a way that creates legal or security risk, or as otherwise required by law. We may also discontinue the service with reasonable notice where practical.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ZenSchedule for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Send spam, malware, or unauthorized commercial communications.
• Interfere with service operations, security, or availability.
• Reverse engineer, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass technical safeguards.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk extract data except as expressly allowed by us.

Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to ZenSchedule. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use that data only as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the service, and to provide support.

Third-Party Services

ZenSchedule relies on third-party providers, including SQLite-based storage, Paddle (billing), and Google Calendar integrations when enabled by you. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and outages or failures by those providers may affect service availability.

Intellectual Property

ZenSchedule and its software, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, ZenSchedule is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to ZenSchedule is limited to the amount you paid to ZenSchedule in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial or territorial laws where ZenSchedule is based, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or ZenSchedule will be brought in the courts of that province or territory in Canada, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Consumer Protection Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date.
